Your spa treatment(s) are specifically reserved for you. Please complete the credit card authorization form below to secure your reservation once you have scheduled your appointment via email or phone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the scheduled service cost (s).

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies by scheduling an appointment with us. Your card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, guests may pay with cash or Venmo.
